- Most contracts are assigned to the investor.
- Closing dates vary but on average closings happen within 10-20 days.
- Buyer is responsible for performing their own due diligence and there are no inspection contingencies once you go under contract.
- Some homes are occupied and will not be available to see before close of escrow.
- In the event there is a tenant that needs to be evicted, that will be the investors responsibility to evict after close of escrow.
- Most homes will require some rehab work to be done.
- Most homes are 20%-40% below market value.
- One or more members of RSM Investments LLC and/or Homeprofessors.com holds a real estate license in state of Arizona.
